Contributions by a person to a candidate committee during an election period are limited to $6,000 to a candidate seeking a 4-year, statewide office.
In accordance with the State of Hawaiʻi Campaign Spending Commission, the name and address of each contributor who makes contributions aggregating more than $100 in an election period must be provided.
In accordance with the State of Hawaiʻi Campaign Spending Commission, the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor who makes contributions aggregating $1,000 or more during an election period must be provided.
