Mahalo for volunteering to represent Gary Cordery for Governor in the 77th Annual Kailua Independence Day Parade!

This year's parade theme is "Stronger Together," and that's exactly how we'll represent our campaign. As one unified team, we'll celebrate our nation's 250th Anniversary while introducing Gary's vision of People Over Power to thousands of local families.

Please review the following information carefully.

PARADE EVENT COORDINATING DETAILS:

📅 Event Timeline

7:00–8:30 AM | Arrive & Park

Parking is available at Kailua Intermediate School and nearby.

Complimentary shuttle buses will transport participants to the staging area approximately every 10 minutes. Shuttle available from 7:00 - 9:30 am.

Please arrive early to avoid road closures and allow yourself plenty of time. N Kainalu Road CLOSES at 9:30

No Later Than 8:30 AM | Report to the Staging Area

📍 Ainoni Street in Kailua

Look for Entry #41 – Gary Cordery for Governor.

Everyone must be checked in, wearing campaign gear, and ready for the parade.

⏰ The parade officially begins at 10:00 AM.

👕 What to Wear

Theme: Stronger Together 🇺🇸

Help us present a professional, energetic, and unified team.

Please wear:

✅ Gary Cordery campaign shirt or polo

✅ Gary Cordery campaign hat (if available)

✅ Comfortable walking shoes

Bring: Water bottle, Sunscreen, Sunglasses (optional)

Red, white, and blue accessories are encouraged! Let's celebrate America while proudly representing the Gary Cordery campaign.

If you don't have a shirt, we will provide one for you for the first 100 people!

Immediately following the parade, please join us for our Volunteer Appreciation BBQ!

📍 Diana's House

We'll have burgers, hot dogs, refreshments, and great fellowship as we celebrate a successful day together.

This is our opportunity to thank each of you for investing your time and energy into this campaign.

    •    Arrive early.

    •    Park at Kailua Intermediate School or nearby and take the shuttle to the staging area.

    •    Be on Ainoni Street no later than 8:30 AM.

    •    Wear your Gary Cordery campaign gear or red, white, and blue.

    •    Bring water and sunscreen.

    •    Represent the campaign with professionalism, aloha, and respect.
